We want you to love your new look, but if it's not the perfect fit, you can return your items for a store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and free of any makeup or perfume marks.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is unworn.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest postal hub.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days.
